1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ITOC Global website (itocindia.com), participating in our community, attending events, or submitting requests via ITOC Connect, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Community Code of Conduct

ITOC is founded on high-trust, mutual respect, and authentic problem-solving. Members and participants must adhere to our core standards:

• Problem First, Not Sales Pitch: ITOC events and community channels are designed for vulnerability, peer advice, and execution challenges. Unsolicited cold pitching or spamming members will result in immediate removal.
• Confidentiality ("Chatham House Rule"): Discussions in closed rooms, roundtable sessions, and ITOC Connect introductions are confidential by default. Do not share proprietary metrics or ideas shared by fellow founders outside the group without explicit permission.
• Constructive & Respectful Behavior: Harassment, discriminatory language, or disrespectful conduct of any kind is strictly prohibited.

3. ITOC Connect & Introductions

ITOC Connect facilitates curated peer-to-peer and expert introductions. We act solely as a facilitator based on stated challenges and do not guarantee specific business outcomes, funding, commercial deals, or employment.

4. Event Registrations, Payments & Refunds

• Registration: Seats at offline events (like Problem First Founders) are strictly capped to ensure discussion quality. Registrations are non-transferable without prior notification to the team.
• Paid Events / Programs: Fee structures for paid cohorts or specialized workshops are stated clearly prior to registration and processed via Razorpay.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation requests received at least 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund or credit toward the next event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to venue commitments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ITOC Global, its founders, team members, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from interactions between community members or advice received during sessions. Founders retain full autonomy and responsibility over their startup decisions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
